SCCYSC Requesting Proposals to Operate the Winter Futsal Program

Santa Cruz City Youth Soccer Club is requesting all vendors interested in operating the Winter Futsal Soccer Program to submit proposals to The Board for consideration.  This Request For Proposals is not a contract to operate the program, but merely an opportunity to submit a proposal to be considered by The Board.  A contract will be extended to the successful vendor after consideration of all proposals received.

SCCYSC will hold the futsal program on Sundays from January 6, 2019 through February 24, 2019.  Sessions will run from 8:30 am to 3 pm.  SCCYSC will be responsible for procuring and paying for field space.

All proposals shall include the following at a minimum:

1.  Credentials and experience of coaches in charge of the program;
2.  Cost of the program;
3.  Whether or not you need SCCYSC to provide additional coaches to supervise;
4.  An overview of your program;
5.  References for other similar programs you have conducted.

All proposals are due by November 15, 2018.  Proposals must be in writing and submitted to the SCCYSC Vice President Todd Osborne at tsosbornelaw@hotmail.com.  SCCYSC anticipates selecting a vendor by November 20, 2018.
