I believe that a coach is a teacher.  I reinforce both essential soccer skills and team building skills. I believe in developing the “4 Cs” in all players: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.

I push each player to achieve their personal best in the context of a supportive and cohesive team environment. I’m focused on both individual and team development as well as community.
