Coaching Philosophy

My players come first. At this stage of development, my emphasis is on creating a safe, fun, interesting and challenging environment where players can learn the game and develop.  I firmly believe that players who enjoy their soccer experience will progress developmentally faster than those who do not.

There are three main themes that I emphasize throughout the season:

1. Play as a team.
2. Respect your teammates.
3. Respect the game.
